我對萬豪還是有點期待的，畢竟是5星級怎麼也差不了哪裡去吧？怎麼知道我們太讓我們失望了！首先我們凌晨的飛機到達杜拜，入住後發現洗手盤地下浴缸哪裡都有頭髮！！！怎麼衞生管理的如何差，其次空調特別冷！怎麼都調不上去，當天真的很累很累，又倒時差直接洗個澡睡覺了。最重要的來了，沒辦法睡個好覺，床是那種超級軟，軟到直接塔進去，側著睡，睡著睡著都要摔下去的感覺……真的好幸苦沒睡好，投訴告知床就是這樣的！沒辦法，那個態度……真讓我感到非常不舒服。辦法都沒想就這……？？？為什麼選擇星級酒店我就是要服務態度好，能好好睡個覺！！！

大堂很氣派，給升級了水景房，房間很大風景不錯能看見日出，酒店在路盡頭比較安靜，就是過來經常會堵車，早餐豐盛味道不錯，大廳時不時還有鋼琴和豎琴表演，住了幾天，服務員有時候會忘了放牙具和洗臉巾，房間沒有晾衣繩，不乾洗晒衣服有點不方便，其他都還不錯

我們一共入住了2次,一共5天時間都是這個酒店。還是床的問題，最後也是沒有解決到！睡不好，展會工作期間都沒有精神……真的太頭疼的，本來倒時差就辛苦……環境個個設施都很好，就是衞生……每次打掃都沒有新拖鞋給我們……咖啡也沒有……樓下餐廳烤牛肉挺好吃的，推薦。

挺好的，就是連續入住第二天的一次性牙刷需要問酒店要，不會在打到時候補充，然後就是浴室下水速度不夠，可能造成堵塞，導致外面地板也都是水。其他都挺好，代客泊車服務很周到，早餐也還行，其他設施都符合一個五星酒店定位。

酒店新開業不久，裝修設計都不錯，位置非常好，離機場開車十多分鐘，就在河邊，房間很大，配套設施齊全還有很不錯的戶外泳池，spa健身房一應俱全，很適合差旅商務，

酒店很大氣地理位置方便，機場打車很近。附近有地鐵站以及德拉中心購物中心。房間很大尤其是洗手間。樓下可以看到遊艇碼頭和杜拜河。到老城區alseef也很方便。如在老城區附近活動可以考慮本酒店

This was probably one of the best hotels we stayed at. Amenities were very modern and well maintained. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The picture was our view from the room which was great. Overall we had a great stay and any time we are considering hotels this will be top of the list.

貼心的幫忙準備了紀念日裝扮，很漂亮，感謝工作人員大堂和房間都很漂亮，窗外風景也很好，空氣好的時候能看到杜拜塔和黃金相框。位置比較適合自駕，不過周邊也有步行可及的飯店和超市，還是挺方便的。代客泊車也不需要等很久。
